LanTro (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Supervisor for Data Cabling - ELV in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise resources to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution while maintaining high quality standards.

You will prepare progress reports, attend client meetings, and assist the Project Manager with on-site supervision. The role requires a Diploma in a related field and at least 2 years of experience, plus leadership, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field (Data Cabling / Electrical / ELV / AV) is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong leadership with proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and video conferencing tools.
• Able to work independently with high responsibility.
• Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel.

What We’re Looking For:

• Possess at least a Diploma in a related field such as Data Cabling / Electrical / ELV, or AV.
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong leadership qualities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer usage, including Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
• Able to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
