Job summary

Unicorn Kingdom Sdn Bhd in Seremban is seeking a Project Sales Executive (Basic + Commission) to drive property sales, update CRM records, and coordinate viewings.

You will handle loan eligibility checks, liaise with bankers, lawyers, developers, and participate in roadshows and launches to achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Update customer and sales status in the CRM/system
• Conduct property viewings and show unit appointments
• Explain project details, pricing and promotions
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable units
• Guide customers through the property buying process
• Assist with booking and required documents
• Conduct basic loan eligibility checks
• Follow up on loan applications and approval status
• Coordinate with Sales Admin, bankers, lawyers and developers
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in roadshows, open houses, launches and sales events
• Provide after-sales support when required
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
