Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a driven project sales professional to secure product adoption across building developments. You will engage architects, contractors, and consultants to convert leads into closed sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of project sales experience in building materials or construction products.
• Basic network with local architects, developers, or main contractors.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify upcoming development projects and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Engage architects, interior designers, and consultants to secure product specification.
• Work closely with main contractors, M&E contractors, and plumbers to close tenders.
• Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical walkthroughs for clients.
• Coordinate project delivery schedules and follow up on client payments.
• Track project stages and update sales activities regularly in the CRM system.
