Job summary

EDRA Power Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure quality and compliance across project deliverables, oversee supervision activities, and implement QA frameworks in line with Edra’s standards. The role mitigates risks and enhances supervision throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and has at least 3 years in power generation with QA leadership experience, plus willingness to travel locally and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Power Generation industry and 3 years in quality management/supervision.
• Proven knowledge of QA methodologies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems to uphold project standards.
• Monitor project performance against established quality benchmarks and guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of quality control procedures, reports, and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders for maintaining high-quality execution.
• Support risk management efforts by identifying and addressing potential quality-related issues.
• Ensure that supervision activities align with project schedules and objectives.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to confirm quality standards are met.
