Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Project QAQC Executive to oversee quality assurance and control across the project lifecycle at our Sungai Buloh, Selangor facilities. You will ensure compliance with customer specs and quality standards, coordinating inspections, FAT reviews, ITPs, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• A degree in an engineering-related field is required.
• 3–5 years of QA engineering experience in manufacturing or EPC settings.
• Experience with ITPs, FAT, and quality documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; English, Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project quality deliverables, customer submittals, and compliance.
• Review project specifications and prepare ITPs and reports.
• Coordinate inspections across incoming, in-process, assembly, and outgoing stages.
• Collaborate with PMs on documentation and inspection planning.
• Log findings and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate FAT reviews with customers and R&D.
• Conduct site installation visits to resolve quality issues.
• Coordinate with vendors on ITP reports and records.
• Schedule inspections with QC team per milestones.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
