Job summary

Sunrise Recruit (CP4U) seeks a seasoned solar project lead for our Kuantan site in Malaysia to manage on-site activities, drive schedules, and oversee IPC claims to achieve COD.

You will review SLDs, civil/structural drawings and MV/HV works, supervise earthworks and PV mounting, and coordinate with regulators while enforcing HSE, safety, and permit protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall solar farm site activities, manage project schedules, oversee IPC claims, direct subcontractors, and drive project completion (COD).
• Review, interpret, and implement Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), civil structural drawings, and electrical layout plans independently.
• Oversee MV/HV substation works, cable routing, inverter installations, string connections, and FAT/SAT testing.
• Supervise civil scope, including earthworks, piling, land leveling, and PV mounting/tracker system installations.
• Liaise and coordinate with regulatory bodies including TNB, GSO, CIDB, DOSH, and local authorities.

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

1. i) Lead overall solar farm site activities, manage project schedules, oversee IPC claims, direct subcontractors, and drive project completion (COD).
2. ii) Review, interpret, and implement Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), civil structural drawings, and electrical layout plans independently.
3. iii) Oversee Medium Voltage/High Voltage (MV/HV) substation works, cable routing, inverter installations, string connections, and FAT/SAT testing.
4. iv) Supervise civil scope, including earthworks, piling, land leveling, and PV mounting/tracker system installations.
5. v) Liaise and coordinate with regulatory bodies including TNB, GSO, CIDB, DOSH, and local authorities.
6. vi) Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Risk Assessments, and Permit To Work (PTW) protocols while resolving technical and operational issues on site.
