Parkland Group in Malaysia is seeking a Lead professional to coordinate the preparation of Large Scale Solar bid submissions, integrating technical documentation, engineering inputs, project schedules, and compliance requirements.

Lead and coordinate the preparation of Large Scale Solar (LSS) bid submissions, including technical documentation, engineering inputs, project schedules, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate site feasibility studies, land due diligence, resource assessments, grid connection applications, and preliminary engineering designs.
Liaise with consultants, EPC contractors, TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), SEDA, local authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, budget, quality, safety, risks, and contractual deliverables from development to commissioning.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate procurement activities, equipment deliveries, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and management presentations.
Support contract administration, variation management, project scheduling, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Solar Energy Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
3years of experience in renewable energy, solar PV, electrical infrastructure, substations, or power projects. Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure to utility-scale solar are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of LSS, solar PV systems, high-voltage electrical systems, grid connection, or EPC project execution is an advantage.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, PVsyst, or similar engineering software is an added advantage.
Strong project coordination, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites when required.
