Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
8–10 years’ experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
Experience in data centre, micro-electronics, or critical infrastructure preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools.
