Job summary

Fuku is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead data center construction projects in Malaysia. You will manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction to handover, including early works, piling, and both substructure and superstructure, ensuring schedule and quality.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience in mission-critical facilities, deep knowledge of civil, structural and architectural elements, and strong coordination with MEP teams using Primavera P6, MS Project and BIM.

Qualifications

• End-to-end data center or mission-critical facility construction experience.
• Deep knowledge of civil, structural and architectural elements.
• Proficiency with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating with MEP and design teams using PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover, including early works and piling.
• Lead CSA on-site and coordinate with design consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to structural standards across projects.
• Coordinate with MEP systems and builders' works interfaces.
