Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Project Management Manager to lead, plan, and execute cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, monitor risks, maintain governance and quality standards, and report progress to stakeholders while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing mid-to-large scale projects.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site located at Selangor.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and cost estimations.
• Coordinate the preparation of project charters, business cases, and stakeholder analysis.
• Identify required project team members and assign responsibilities accordingly.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to execute projects according to plan.
• Ensure proper communication and alignment across departments and involved parties.
• Monitor daily project activities to ensure resources are effectively utilized and tasks are progressing on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring spending is aligned with approved forecasts.
• Handle procurement planning and liaise with the procurement department for timely sourcing of goods and services.
• Monitor contract compliance with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Continuously monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement change control procedures.
• Manage and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and quality.
• Act as the main point of contact between the project team and key stakeholders.
• Provide timely and clear communication regarding project status, escalations, changes, and achievements.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports, documentation, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders and management.
