We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our turnkey automation and robotics projects from conception to successful deployment.
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management for factory automation, robotics integration, and warehouse management solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
End-to-End Project Execution: Lead the full life cycle of factory automation, robotic cells, AGV/AMR, and ASRS warehouse projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and high customer satisfaction.
Resource & Schedule Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation schedules.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks (e.g., hardware-software integration bottlenecks, site readiness delays) proactively. Cross Functional Leadership: Coordinate internal engineering teams—including mechanical, electrical, software (WMS/MES/PLC), and robotics integration teams to ensure seamless execution.
Site Deployment & Commissioning: Oversee on-site installation, site acceptance testing (SAT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and user training.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all delivered automation systems comply with industrial safety standards, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 to 8+ years of project management experience in factory automation, robotics integration, material handling systems, or ASRS/warehouse logistics.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering or industrial automation projects.
Strong understanding of industrial robots, AGVs/AMRs, PLC control systems, and industrial software (WMS, MES, or Industry 4.0 applications).
Familiarity with hardware and software integration processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Lark).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites (domestic and regional) for project kickoffs, site surveys, and commissioning.
