Job summary

WDD Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee website design and development projects in Petaling Jaya. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure on-time delivery of digital solutions.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, attention to detail, and PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus. You will create and maintain project docs, report progress to stakeholders, and drive continual process improvement.

About this Project Manager Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks from conception through to completion.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and elevate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector, specifically in website design and development.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and webdesign principles.
