Job summary
Meinhardt EPCM Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead site supervision and construction administration for a Data Center project in Serendah, Malaysia.
You will ensure works follow the 100% approved design, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and resolve on-site issues with the PMT and Client Project Manager. Key duties include coordinating multi-discipline installations, maintaining quality standards, and managing inspection/test activities per ITPs.

Responsibilities
- Lead Meinhardt's site supervision team in monitoring construction and installation works.
- Ensure installations are executed in accordance with the approved 100% design drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
- Establish a strong quality-focused site supervision approach across all disciplines.
- Monitor workmanship, installation methods, materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved design requirements.
- Ensure construction activities are inspected at the appropriate stages before works are covered up or progressed.
- Identify defective, incomplete or non-compliant works and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate Architectural, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, ICT/ELV and specialist installation activities.
- Manage Meinhardt's construction administration activities within the agreed scope.
- Ensure inspection and testing activities are carried out in accordance with approved ITPs and project requirements.
- Work closely with the PMT and Client Project Manager on project delivery and construction quality matters.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading Meinhardt EPCM's site supervision and construction administration services for the Data Center project in Serendah. The primary responsibility is to ensure that construction works and installations are executed in accordance with Meinhardt's 100% approved design, drawings, specifications, project requirements and applicable standards. The Project Manager will lead the multidisciplinary Meinhardt site team and work closely with the PMT and Client Project Manager to monitor installation quality, technical compliance, construction progress and resolution of site issues.
