is seeking a civil/structural engineer with a diploma or degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The role involves traveling to multiple locations and coordinating with site teams and contractors to ensure timely project delivery. Strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a valid driving license with own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/Construction or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects by site teams and contractors.
• Plan, execute and manage the company’s projects including budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure quality.
• Identify and resolve problems at construction sites; liaise with site personnel.
• Provide timely reports and feedback to management.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental compliance per requirements.

• Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Responsible for the planning, execution and management of the company’s projects which include overseeing the coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects
• Ensure compliance of safety and health and environment of projects in accordance to authorities' requirement
• Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects
• Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at constructions sites, lead and liaise with site personnel and sub-contractors to resolve problems
• Provide timely reports and feedback to the management
