Job summary

ABB in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Operations Manager to lead large and medium-sized electrical distribution projects. You will guide the project team, oversee planning, monitor progress, and ensure delivery of contracted deliverables while managing risks and resources in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of project management experience in MV systems, with familiarity in MV switchgear and compact substations for data

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and establish execution approach to achieve goals.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement of services, materials, and equipment.
• Serve as key contact for customer escalations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies throughout the project.
• Close out contracts with formal acceptance and final documentation.
