Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, manage, and oversee the comprehensive execution of construction and HVAC projects from inception to handover.

The role requires a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel or on-site work will be required to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or project execution.
• Experience in managing site activities and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Willing to travel or work on-site when required.

• Plan, manage, and oversee the overall execution of projects from start to completion.
• Manage project schedules, costs, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered according to plan.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project.
• Manage and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate the resolution of site and project related issues.
• Ensure all project works comply with required quality and safety standards.
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare regular project reports and updates.
• Coordinate project completion, testing, and handover to ensure timely delivery.
