OVERVIEW
We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Assistant Producer + Editor to support the Video Producer Lead across production and post-production.
You’ll work both on location and behind the edit desk—supporting shoots and live-event production while editing engaging content for social, branded campaigns, and multiple platforms. Working closely with the Creative team, you’ll help turn fast-moving moments into compelling visual stories, bringing strong editorial instincts, technical skills, and a calm, hands-on approach to every project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Production Support
- Support the Video Producer Lead in planning and executing shoots, including schedules, shot lists, equipment checklists, call sheets, and on-site logistics.
- Coordinate with event, venue, talent, and internal teams to ensure access, timings, and production requirements are aligned.
- Support video capture on-site when required, including second-camera operation, audio, behind-the-scenes content, and other production needs.
- Help troubleshoot production challenges in fast-moving live-event environments and find practical solutions quickly.
- Manage footage intake, backups, file organisation, and media management throughout and after production to ensure assets are secure and ready for post-production.
- Edit video content across multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios, including highlights, social reels, promotional videos, and branded content.
- Shape raw footage into engaging stories with strong pacing, structure, music, and visual flow.
- Create light motion graphics, titles, transitions, and overlays using Adobe After Effects.
- Adapt and version content for different platforms, audiences, and campaign requirements.
- Ensure all final deliverables are on-brand, technically correct, platform-optimized, and produced to a high creative standard.
- Manage project files, versioning, media, and exports across multiple deliverables and formats.
- Work closely with the Creative team and Video Producer Lead to incorporate feedback and continuously improve the quality of our video output.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience across video production, editing, or a combination of both. Experience in agencies, television promos, live events, branded content, or social media is a strong advantage.
- Strong working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to independently edit and deliver polished content.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, including templates, transitions, titles, and basic motion graphics.
- Hands-on production experience, such as supporting or running shoot days, managing equipment, coordinating shot lists, or working on location.
- Strong storytelling instincts, with a good eye for pacing, music selection, composition, and visual rhythm.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, or CapCut is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator for quick asset adjustments is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for live events, including Jeju, North Cyprus, and other destinations.
- Knowledge of and passion for poker is highly preferred.
