Job summary

Yonyou (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and ensure successful delivery for clients in Malaysia. In a fast-paced environment, you will oversee project planning, scope, timelines and budgets, manage client and internal stakeholder expectations, and guide change management, training, and system adoption to realise business value.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply governance practices, oversee UAT and system

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ERP project implementation / consulting / project management.
• Experience in Finance, HR, or Supply Chain ERP projects is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Visio, Gantt charts, or project planning tools
• PMP or equivalent is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP project implementation (planning, execution, delivery)
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure solution alignment
• Provide regular updates and manage stakeholder expectations
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Proactively manage issues and project changes
• Ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
• Oversee testing phases including UAT and system validation
• Apply best practices in project delivery and governance
• Support user training and system rollout
• Ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems across client organizations
• Manage change requests and transition processes effectively
• Prepare project status reports for stakeholders and management
• Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end ERP project implementation (planning, execution, delivery)


• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in ERP project implementation / consulting / project management


• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Finance, HR, or Supply Chain ERP projects is highly preferred


• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field


• Project Management: Strong understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and delivery frameworks


• Tools: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Visio, Gantt charts, or project planning tools


• Certification: PMP or equivalent is an advantage
