Job summary

Reno Iconic Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee office and site personnel, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure works comply with drawings and specs.

You will prepare quotations, review Bills of Quantities, support pre-construction activities, and supervise progress, risks, and schedules to keep projects on track.

This role requires coordinating documentation and communications across the project team to deliver on contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office personnel, site personnel, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and procure suitable materials and suppliers, and compile detailed material take-offs for project use.
• Monitor site activities and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Control material consumption and implement measures to reduce site wastage.
• Manage project documentation, including site records and related administrative matters.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for clients based on project drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
• Review Bills of Quantities (BQ), contracts, and related documents to understand project scope and obligations.
• Support the planning and coordination of all pre-construction activities in collaboration with the project team.
• Lead or attend Project Kick-Off Meetings as required.
• Supervise project progress to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and timelines.
• Identify potential risks, report findings, and implement mitigation measures.
• Track project schedules and address delays or deviations in a timely manner.

Construction Stage

• Proactively identify potential risks, report findings, and implement mitigation measures.
• Track project schedules and address any delays or deviations in a timely manner.
