You will manage multiple customer projects concurrently and work closely with customers, Business Analysts, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product teams and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline and business objectives.
This is not a project coordination role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively and knows how to keep multiple projects moving at the same time.

Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently while maintaining clear priorities.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines.
Act as the main project contact for customers and manage stakeholder expectations throughout implementation.
Lead project kickoff, progress meetings, project reviews and key customer discussions.
Coordinate Business Analysts, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product teams and other resources.
Identify risks, blockers and dependencies early and actively drive their resolution.
Manage project scope and identify enhancements, additional requirements and change requests.
Coordinate requirements confirmation, development, system integration, SIT, UAT, training and go-live activities.
Track project actions, decisions, risks, issues and customer dependencies.
Manage competing priorities across customers and projects without losing attention to detail.
Work with Sales and Presales teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery.
Ensure customer commitments, approvals, scope changes and key decisions are properly documented.
Understand the commercial impact of scope changes, additional work and customer-driven delays.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field.
Around 4–8 years of experience in Project Management, Software Implementation, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation or related roles.
Experience managing customer-facing technology implementation projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
Strong customer communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation capabilities.
Able to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issues toward resolution.
Able to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Good understanding of software implementation, APIs, system integrations, cloud applications, databases and testing processes.
Comfortable communicating with both business users and technical teams.
Deep programming knowledge is not required, but strong technical curiosity is important.
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ownership — You take responsibility for getting the project delivered.
Prioritisation — You know what requires attention now and what can wait.
Multi-Project Management — You can keep several customer projects moving without losing control.
Customer Management — You communicate confidently and manage difficult situations professionally.
Problem-Solving — You look for solutions instead of simply reporting problems.
Scope Discipline — You understand what was agreed and know when additional requirements require a change request.
Technical Curiosity — You want to understand how the solution works and can communicate effectively with technical teams.
Execution Focus — Your goal is not to run meetings. Your goal is to achieve successful implementation and go‑live.
