Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will plan, execute, and oversee server, network, data center, and cloud projects with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects, Agile or Scrum experience, and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects including server/network/data center and cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure industry standards and best practices.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and manage project resources including internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and changes.
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project risks to achieve project goals.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports and meeting minutes.

The Technical Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing infrastructure projects from initiation through to successful delivery. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects that focus on the implementation and enhancement of IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud services. The Technical Infrastructure Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
