Job summary

Bradbury Asset Management (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor schedules and risks, and coordinate with internal departments and HQ, communicating effectively with stakeholders. Requirements: Engineering degree, 3+ years in engineering or PM, English fluency; Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Automotive)
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience or proven experience in project management
• Candidates with experience or understanding of vehicles, automotive systems, or commercial vehicles preferred
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for business communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project life cycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle, including project initiation, planning, execution and monitoring.
• Develop comprehensive project plans by defining project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and deliverables to support successful project execution.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear task allocation, effective collaboration, and timely completion of project activities.
• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resource utilisation to ensure projects remain on track and within approved constraints.
• Identify potential project risks, implement appropriate mitigation strategies, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards while meeting organisational and project objectives.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, suppliers, and headquarters to align project requirements, facilitate information sharing, resolve project-related issues, and ensure projects are executed and completed on schedule.
