Job summary

• Provide periodic management reports and attend project meetings.

Job description

Responsible for planning, execution which includes overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and work progress of the project.

Familiar with the latest rules, regulations and the procedures for submission and obtaining approval from the relevant authorities.

To work closely with the consultants, contractors and project management team to ensure total co-ordination and smooth implementation and construction of the project.

Responsible in monitoring the work progress from commencement until handover of the project.

To ensure site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.

To ensure work is done in accordance to specification and in good workmanship without delay in work progress.

To ensure safety and regulations are in compliance with the legislation.

To provide periodic management reports and attend all meetings for the project.
