Job summary

Inta Bina Group Berhad is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement construction projects within budget, schedule, and scope. You will monitor progress and present updates to stakeholders and the project team on site.

Responsibilities include budget control, quality and safety compliance, and coordinating all project contributors to meet contractual obligations. A senior civil engineering background and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building high-rise projects
• Strong leadership and project coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning and coordination to ensure completion within required standards, quality and timeline
• Collaborate with management to establish and control project budget, manpower planning, and claims
• Ensure compliance with quality control policies and safety regulations on site
• Coordinate the efforts of all contributors across the project
• Track contracts administration and project claims
• Prepare and execute Project Implementation Plan and Project Quality Plan

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning and coordination to ensure completion of works within required standards, quality and targeted schedules timeline
• Work closely with management team to establish and control project budget, claims and manpower planning
• Follow quality control policies to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with specifications, standards, quality guidelines, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations
• Responsible for integrating the efforts of all contributors on the projects
• Follow up on contracts administration, construction claims and contractual issues
• Preparation and execution of Project Implementation Plan and Project Quality Plan

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) work experience in the related field with exposure to building high rise buildings
• Required Skill(s): Able to lead project independently, Leadership and management skills to lead group of technical staff and worker, Systematic and methodical to follow up on project schedules,
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
