Job summary

Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking an Executive to support the Project Management Office. The role involves tracking progress against plans, organizing meetings, and ensuring clear business requirements are translated into documentation.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, act as the main contact during the project lifecycle, and assist with UAT planning and procurement processes as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project managers to track progress against the project plan.
• Facilitate regular meetings to include creation of agenda, recording of notes and timely generation & communication of minutes.
• Work with business team to ensure business requirements are clearly defined, understood and translated into business user requirement documentation.
• To act as the point of contact throughout the project development cycle.
• To work closely with I.T. team throughout the course of software development to ensure an efficient process is followed.
• Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of allocated projects.
• Facilitate pre project planning stage eg: RFI, RFP and tender processes in compliance to the enterprise Procurement Policy
• Determine project objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and preparing the business requirement specification.
