Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and lifecycle
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Follow up on site requirements, including fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and fiber installation.
• Update and maintain project databases and trackers.
• Coordinate with Building Management (BM), internal teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain supporting project documents.
• Follow up on outstanding action items to ensure timely completion.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc project-related tasks as required

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our project management team in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects. The intern will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on site requirements, including fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and fiber installation.
• Update and maintain project databases and trackers.
• Coordinate with Building Management (BM), internal teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain supporting project documents.
