Job summary

Pali Pali Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Project Management Executive to bridge clients, design engineers, and the production floor in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage custom fabrication and 3D printing projects end‑to‑end from requirements gathering through to material planning and final delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross‑functional teams, planning production schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management, project coordination, manufacturing, or related roles.
• Experience with 3D printing, additive manufacturing, prototyping, product development, or fabrication projects preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, CAD models, or production workflows.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple 3D printing and production projects simultaneously from planning through delivery.
• Lead project initiation by gathering customer requirements, defining project scope, timeline, budget, and production strategy.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end 3D printing service projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Plan and manage production schedules, machine utilization, material requirements, and manpower allocation.
• Work closely with design, engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Coordinate prototype development, testing, and production runs for customer and internal projects.
• Manage projects involving retail displays, product prototypes, demonstration units, maker kits, robotics projects, and custom fabrication.
• Ensure quality standards and production specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project updates, risks, requirements, and deadlines to internal teams and customers.

About you

Experience working with 3D printing, additive manufacturing, prototyping, product development, or fabrication projects is highly preferred.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, CAD models, or production workflows.

Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proactive, hands‑on, and willing to learn new technologies and production methods.

Comfortable coordinating cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
