Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate high-volume precision projects in a fast-paced environment. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring client needs are translated into actionable plans in the field.

The role requires proven project engineering experience, strong knowledge of AutoCAD, and advanced MS Office capabilities. You will mentor team members and collaborate closely with the project manager to meet performance

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
• Advanced MS Office and design/visualisation software knowledge (AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret needs and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other participants to provide assistance and technical support.
