Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight forwarding or related logistics role.
• Good understanding of international freight forwarding processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries to site (equipment, materials, modules).
• Monitor shipment status from origin to final delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, vendors and contractors on delivery schedules.
• Ensure alignment with site readiness and installation timelines.
• Expedite shipments and manage schedules.
• Maintain delivery trackers and milestone reporting.
• Coordinate with site construction and installation teams on delivery sequencing.
• Ensure proper planning of offloading, lifting, and placement activities.
• Provide daily/weekly logistics status updates to Project Manager.
