Job summary

GuocoLand Group is seeking a finance professional to oversee the financial management of development projects. You will report to the Head of Finance and collaborate with senior leadership on performance, cash flow, financial reporting and business decisions across the development lifecycle.

This role suits an experienced Assistant Finance Manager seeking broader responsibilities, a Finance Manager wanting more ownership, or an auditor transitioning into commercial finance leadership.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting and cash flow management.
  • Understanding of property development accounting, development expenditure accounting and project financial reporting.
  • Experience gained within a property development company and/or audit engagements involving property development clients.
  • Exposure to residential property development projects preferred.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or MICPA are a plus.

We're looking for a finance professional with experience in property development finance, property development accounting, or audit exposure to property development clients to oversee the financial management of development projects.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll work closely with senior leadership to support project performance, cash flow management, financial reporting and business decision-making across the development lifecycle.

This role is well suited for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager ready for broader responsibilities, a Finance Manager seeking greater ownership and exposure, or audit professionals looking to transition into a commercial finance leadership role.
