Job summary

Miclebina Properties Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Ipoh, Perak to support planning, reporting, and coordination on key property development projects.

You will prepare documentation, track progress, and liaise with government authorities, consultants, and contractors to obtain approvals. The role requires a relevant degree and at least 2 years in construction coordination, strong organization, and good communication. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD or project tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in project execution or coordination in construction.
• Familiar with government liaison processes and documentation handling.
• Strong organizational skills with detail-oriented coordination and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.
• Multilingual: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in project execution, engineering, or coordination roles within the construction industry.

Familiar with government liaison processes and project documentation handling.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project coordination and reporting.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.

Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
