Job summary

Asuka Colour Group Sdn. Bhd. in Perai, Penang, is seeking a results-driven Project Execution Executive to lead industrial color projects from client specification through laboratory color matching, testing, and mass production launch.

You will coordinate color matchers, production, QA, and clients to meet timelines safely and within budget, ensuring proper documentation and batch traceability. This on-site role requires 2–5 years of project coordination experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project coordination or project execution experience.
• Outstanding communication and multi-tasking skills, with the assertiveness needed to hold multiple technical departments accountable to strict deadlines.
• Based full-time on-site at our manufacturing plant in Perai, Penang.

Responsibilities

• Oversee color formulation and printing projects from the initial program intake to pilot testing and final factory floor mass production.
• Actively align laboratory color mixing technicians, senior color matchers, procurement, and production planning teams to maintain a continuous workflow.
• Establish explicit project timelines, track day-to-day project milestones, identify production bottlenecks, and enforce correction strategies.
• Work closely with the operations crew to audit batch logs, formulation records, and quality compliance metrics, ensuring everything satisfies client benchmarks.
• Promptly identify and resolve formula ambiguities, chemical scale-up issues, or raw material delivery delays before they impact delivery timelines.
• Provide consistent project status updates, risk assessments, and production capability milestones to senior executives and client project leads.
