• Diploma in Mass Communication or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in event management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
• Research event ideas (design & concept). Themes. Entertainments. Trends, venues, activities & etc.
• Source & negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Liaise with supplier to ensure timely production delivery.
• Prepare event-related documents (DO, Checklist & etc.)
• Ensure events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
• Be prepared for ad hoc events and last-minute plannings.
• Arrange for event props, tools walkie-talkie and other necessary items.
