Job summary

WARISAN KAYANA GROUP SDN BHD seeks an experienced Project Executive to support land management and project development. The role requires proactive coordination across landowners, surveyors, lawyers and contractors to ensure timely progress.

You will identify land opportunities, assess values, analyze risks and manage the purchase process, while keeping management updated on schedules and compliance with legal requirements.

• Oversee land measurement with the Registered Surveyor
• Manage contractors for site clearing before Sales & Marketing begins
• Oversee subdivision with the Surveyor and Land Office
• Provide subdivision timelines and updates to management

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive who is proactive and skilled in land management and project development to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Identify potential land through market research and relationships with landowners

Assess land value and provide recommendations to management for purchase purposes

Conduct risk analysis and project ROI recommendations before the purchase process

Manage the entire land purchase process with landowners

Coordinate with company lawyers to ensure sales and purchase documents, agreements and power of attorney are complete and signed

Oversee the land measurement process with the appointed Registered Surveyor

Manage contractors for site cleaning and clearing work before the Sales & Marketing team begins sales

Oversee the subdivision process with the Surveyor and Land Office

Ensure all subdivision-related documents are complete and comply with legal requirements

Provide subdivision process schedule and timeline and give regular updates to management

Requirements

Experience in land management, real estate development or project management

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to deal with landowners, lawyers, surveyors, Land Office and contractors

Proactive, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Able to work independently and meet set timelines
