Job summary

TKR Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. You will coordinate technical and site activities, manage resources and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards, and maintain client and internal communications.

Responsibilities include reporting, documentation control, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Some travel to project sites is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant project coordination/engineering experience.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Able to read technical drawings and use MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD (2D) and basic PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day project activities for timely execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site operations and overall project progress.
• Prepare, update, and maintain project progress reports, site photos, schedules and charts.
