Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Project Supervisor to oversee site construction activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage changes, supervise现场 implementations, and liaise with clients and authorities to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with 4+ years of experience, proficient AutoCAD skills, and strong coordination and problem-solving abilities to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in mechanical works for construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV).
• Able to read and use AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities on site and manage changes to works and drawings.
• Ensure changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented.
• Attend site meetings with clients, project team and authorities as main contact.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
• Monitor project costing, budget, claims and schedule.
• Lead a project team to ensure site progress aligns with the schedule.
• Ensure Environment, Safety and Health practices are adhered to.

Ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality

Oversee construction activities on site, any changes to works and check the drawing to ensure the design can be carried in an effective manner

Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented

Attend meetings at site, with clients, project team and relevant authorities as main point of contact

Responsible for site supervision and implementations

Monitor project costing, budget, claims and schedule

Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule

Ensure Environment, Safety and Health practices are always adhered

About you

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 4 years' experience in mechanical works for construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV)

Able to read and use AutoCAD drawings
