Job summary

Mega Tech ACMV SDN BHD is seeking an experienced project manager to drive complete ACMV project execution from initiation to handover.

The role requires leadership of project engineers and site supervisors, effective planning of schedules and resources, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and local standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8-10 years' experience in ACMV project management.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV project execution from start to finish.
• Plan project schedule, manpower, procurement, and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety and cost control.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover; prepare reports and variation orders.

Job description

Manage overall ACMV project execution from commencement to completion.

Plan project schedule, manpower, procurement, and site activities.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.

Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.

Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications.

Oversee testing & commissioning and project handover.

Prepare project reports, claims, and variation orders.

Lead and supervise project engineers and site supervisors.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 8-10 years' experience in ACMV project management.

Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Good knowledge in ACMV installation, testing & commissioning.

Familiar with local authority requirements and construction standards.

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
