Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, workmanship, and site conditions.
• Coordinate inspections, site meetings, and communication with consultants and clients.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress updates, inspection forms, permits, and site records.
• Manage drawings, material records, site instructions, variation records, and other project paperwork.
• Follow up on outstanding works and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues.
• Report work progress, delays, and site matters to the Project Manager.
