Job summary

Climate Systems Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our ACMV installation projects. You will review project requirements, understand design intent, and coordinate with design consultants to ensure proper implementation.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, has at least three years in ACMV/building services, and can interact with authorities, consultants, contractors and staff to drive compliant, timely results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Building ACMV installations or related field.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Good team player, self motivated and posses strong analytical skills.
• Able to interact with local authorities, consultants, contractors and all levels of staffs.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate project requirements
• Understand project design intent for its implementation
• Issue work program and completion schedule following main contract project completion
• Coordinate with design consultant for changes and revisions
• Issue site memo, RFI and CVI during work progress where necessary
• Prepare verifications and justifications for variation works and follow up with cost preparations
