Job summary

A global engineering and manufacturing company specializing in fluid-flow, cooling, and thermal management solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support APAC manufacturing and engineering projects.

You will coordinate schedules, track milestones, prepare reports and liaise with manufacturing teams on fabrication progress, quality inspections, and shipment readiness. A Bachelor's in mechanical/industrial engineering and 5+ years in M&E or related industries are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in M&E, HVAC, modular systems or related industries.
• Exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and document control platforms (SharePoint/BIM360).
• Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in execution of multiple manufacturing and engineering projects across APAC.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project progress across engineering, procurement, production, and logistics functions.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and maintain project documentation.
• Liaise with manufacturing teams on fabrication progress, quality inspections, FAT activities, and shipment readiness.
• Support client communications on design clarifications, delivery schedules, and action tracking.
• Assist in risk identification, issue resolution, logistics coordination, and site delivery support.
