Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee Southeast Asia data centre projects. You will manage the full lifecycle from tender support and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC firms, and authorities, lead a project team, and drive continuous improvement with lessons learned documented for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in data centre MEP projects, with familiarity with diesel generators, UPS, and chillers.
• Fluent in English; candidates with overseas project experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle for Southeast Asia projects, including tender support, design, procurement, construction coordination, cost control, EHS, schedule, quality and documentation management, installation/commissioning, testing, delivery and acceptance, and compliance management.
• Drive the achievement of project safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives.
• Serve as the key liaison with clients, consultants, PMC firms, and government authorities to maintain a smooth and coordinated project environment.
• Lead the formation, development, and performance evaluation of the project team.
• Conduct periodic project reviews and ensure lessons learned and best practices are captured and documented.

• Drive the achievement of project safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives.
• Serve as the key liaison with clients, consultants, PMC firms, and government authorities to maintain a smooth and well-coordinated project environment.
• Lead the formation, development, and performance evaluation of the project team.
• Conduct periodic project reviews and ensure that lessons learned and best practices are systematically captured and documented.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in data centre MEP projects, with solid familiarity with critical systems such as diesel generators, UPS, and chiller units.
• Strong technical comprehension, effective vendor coordination capabilities, and proven ability to resolve on-site issues.
• Fluent in English; candidates with overseas project experience are preferred.
