Job summary

EI Power Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to join our project team. The role focuses on mechanical piping works for data centre and construction projects, coordinating installation, review of layouts, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

You will work with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, addressing issues and coordinating documentation and testing activities as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical piping or M&E projects.
• Ability to read mechanical/piping drawings and isometrics.
• Experience with site coordination, installation, and commissioning.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical piping, M&E, or construction projects.

Strong experience in piping installation and site coordination.

Knowledge of piping testing, flushing, hydrostatic/pressure testing, and commissioning.

Able to read and interpret mechanical/piping drawings.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong site coordination and teamwork.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Willing to relocate to the project assigned.
