Oversee and participate in specialized MEP and high-tech process facility systems, including Ultra-Pure Water (UPW), High-Purity Gas/Piping, Bulk Chemical Delivery, Process Cooling Water (PCW), HVAC/Cleanroom systems, Exhaust/Scrubber units, UPS, emergency power, and HV/LV infrastructure across installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings; perform quantity take-offs and support material planning and procurement activities.
Identify design discrepancies, technical issues, and site constraints, and propose practical and value-engineered solutions to ensure system reliability and project efficiency.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of technical matters.
Provide technical support and site supervision to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational requirements.
Assist in the preparation and submission of technical documents, method statements, commissioning reports, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
Monitor project progress, site activities, and work schedules, and support the Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects.
At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in industrial, mission‑critical, or M&E construction projects. Experience in Data Centre projects will be a strong advantage.
Good understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC cooling systems, HV/LV electrical distribution, UPS, generators, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction, MEP, and electrical drawings, with experience in quantity take-offs and material planning.
Able to identify design discrepancies, technical issues, and site constraints, and propose practical and value‑engineered solutions.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
