Job summary

Antares Management Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a site-based Project Coordinator to support planning, execution and on-site management of climate control projects for data centres and other mission-critical environments.

You will liaise with clients and vendors, attend site meetings, monitor schedules, and prepare safety and commissioning documents. A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and HVAC exposure are preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Immediate start available.

• Support the manager in planning and execution of project plans at site
• Assist manager in project administration and control of cost, work schedule, work-in-progress and quality of work
• Attend site meetings and reporting regularly on progress and monitoring of schedule

• Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
• Prepare safety documents and commissioning documents
• Coordination of on-site delivery and installation of precision cooling equipment

Location: On-site
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week | Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) and Sat (9am to 1pm, on call)
Basic Salary: Up to RM 5,500 per month
Employment Type: Full time - Permanent
