Job summary

Airswift in Malaysia is seeking an engineering professional to deliver and service security systems for local and international projects. You will manage client relations, conduct site inspections, and ensure maintenance and training materials are prepared in line with APAC standards.

The role requires 1-2 years in a similar role, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and preferred experience with data centre projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Data Centre project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and complete projects on schedule, economically, and to client satisfaction per APAC standards.
• Service security systems and provide post-installation support to clients; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage relations with existing clients within the assigned region.
• Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to APAC standards and policies.
• Prepare project engineering packages according to standard.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with PM, clients, third parties and subcontractors.
• Review and supervise all equipment installations per product manuals and APAC standards.
• Coordinate all customer service issues and maintain relations with all existing clients in the region.
• Ensure quality of APAC services and prompt responses to service requests within the region.
• Provide routine preventive maintenance.
• Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up open technical issues until resolution.
• Transfer service issues from Project team after External Hand Over.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver / complete projects in schedule, economically and to clients’ satisfaction, and to our internal installation standards for both local and international project.
• Service security systems and provide services to our clients. Troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Manage relations with existing clients.
• Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to The Company's APAC standards and policies.
• Product pre-testing.
• Preparing project ‘engineering package’ according to standard.
• Site inspections. Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub-contractors.
• Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals, and The Company's APAC standards.
• Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region.
• Ensure quality of The Company's APAC services following The Company's standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Provide routine preventive maintenances.
• Handle daily troubleshooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
• Take over all service issues from Project team after External Hand Over done.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years' of experience working in a similar role
• Prior experience working in Data Centre projects will be highly advantageous.
