Job summary

AS GLOBAL BUSINESS (M) SDN BHD (ASG) is seeking a motivated Project Engineer (ELV) to join our Johor team. You will handle project execution and service/maintenance for CCTV, Access Control, and other ELV systems in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and on-site teams; reviewing drawings and specs; preparing shop drawings and statements; planning site installations and conducting testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ELV projects, service or maintenance.
• Experience with CCTV and Access Control Systems is preferred.

AS GLOBAL BUSINESS (M) SDN BHD (ASG) is looking for a motivated and hands‑on Project Engineer (ELV) to join our growing team in Johor. You will be comfortable handling both project execution and service & maintenance works, particularly for CCTV, Access Control and other ELV systems.

Key responsibilities

Manage and coordinate ELV projects, particularly CCTV and Access Control Systems

Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and site teams

Review technical drawings, specifications and project requirements

Prepare shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and project documentation

Plan, monitor and supervise site installation works

Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and system configuration

Attend to service calls, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for existing ELV systems

Diagnose system faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions or solutions

Prepare service reports, maintenance reports and technical findings

Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site coordination issues

About you

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related field

1–3 years of experience in ELV projects, service or maintenance

Experience in CCTV and Access Control Systems is preferred

Basic knowledge of IP networking, system configuration and troubleshooting will be an advantage

Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an advantage

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Hands‑on, responsible and willing to work on both project and maintenance activities

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Valid driving licence; own transport is an advantage
