Job summary

Padu Solutions Sdn Bhd in Subang Bestari, Selangor, is hiring a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion. You will manage resources, monitor schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a engineering degree and at least 1 year in project engineering or similar, plus strong PM knowledge and proficiency with project management software and MS Office. Travel for site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Project Engineer or in a similar project management role within engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor progress, track expenses, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
