Job summary

Master Jaya Corporation in Kajang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced project engineer to manage and execute industrial projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost control. You will prepare layouts, drawings, cost estimates, and tender quotations, and coordinate with fabrication, purchasing, and installation teams while maintaining ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in industrial projects, strong communication skills in English/Malay/Mandarin, and a proven

Qualifications

1 to 3 years industrial work experience in handling and managing industrial projects related to air handling, industrial equipment and machinery for the manufacturing and process industries.
Good track record of success in planning, executing & controlling industrial projects and achieve set targets of on time completion, cost budgets and quality equipment & service.
Have good experience in co-ordinating and liaison with clients, sub-contractors, consultants and attend site meetings to resolve site problems & issues.
Must be proficient in both written and spoken English, Malay & Mandarin an added advantage)

Responsibilities

Manage and execute projects assigned to you to achieve on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare detailed technical specifications, layout drawings, standard general arrangement drawings, technical sketches, standard dimensional drawings for all projects and systems undertaken by the Company.
To visit customers to present proposals, follow-up on quotations and secure orders from customers.
Attend all project & site meetings to present, persuade and convince customers, contractors and all related parties with facts and figures that you are on-time and compliant with specs.
Lead and guide staff, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are designed, fabricated, erected & installed correctly & meet objectives.
