Job summary

Oceancare Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (Official) is seeking a project engineer to coordinate and support onshore and offshore initiatives.

You will manage tenders, quotations, technical proposals, and contract documentation while coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and delivery of onshore and offshore projects.
• Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, technical proposals, and contract documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, manpower, equipment, and project progress.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in project mobilisation, logistics, procurement, and resource coordination.
• Prepare project reports, technical documents, presentations, and other required documentation.
• Support contract administration, cost estimation, variation orders, and project claims.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, Company procedures, and industry standards.
