Job summary

The candidate will ensure resource availability, track progress with service plans, manage changes and risks, and maintain client relationships. Relevant experience in engineering projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of jobs.
• Ensure that all jobs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed service and calibration service plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in job scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure service performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escape to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize job risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive job documentation.
• To develop PIC product knowledge as soon as possible.
